Company Badge Name Process
Exhibitor badges display the name of the company that holds NAMM membership and exhibit space. When your company purchases a booth, that Exhibitor Listing name is what appears on your team's badges, on the Map, and in the Directory, giving your brand a clear, verified presence on the show floor.
If you have additional brands or a company sharing your space, there are simple ways to extend that same benefit to them, covered below.
Why this is important
Company badges are a benefit of membership and exhibit space. Purchasing a booth is what unlocks badge access for your company and your brands, giving your team a verified presence tied directly to your investment in the show. This keeps the Map, Directory, and every badge accurate and current, so attendees always know exactly who they're meeting with, and it protects the value of every exhibiting company's presence on the floor.
Exhibitor Listings
The official term for the name tied to your company or brand is an Exhibitor Listing. It's the same name that appears in three places:
- The Map, where exhibitors are shown on the show floor
- The Directory, what attendees search to find exhibitors
- The Badge, which can only display the Exhibitor Listing name, nothing else
Every booth purchase includes one Exhibitor Listing at no extra cost. Companies can purchase as many Exhibitor Listings or Booth Shares as they want; each additional one then becomes available to select when registering for badges.
What are my options?
If the Exhibitor Listing included with your booth doesn't cover every name you need on a badge, there are two ways to add another:
Option 1: Add a brand you own ("Additional Exhibitor Listing")
If your company owns other brand or product names and you want badges printed with one of those names, you can purchase an Additional Exhibitor Listing from the bottom of the page here.
Cost: $95
Option 2: Badge a different company sharing your booth ("Booth Share")
If another company is physically sharing your exhibit space (not a brand you own, but a separate company on the floor with you), that company needs its own Exhibitor Listing, which a Booth Share provides. Either you (the primary exhibitor) or the company sharing your space can order the Booth Share from the bottom of the page here.
Cost: $395
Quick decision guide
| Situation | What to order | Cost |

| You want to badge one of your own brands under its own name | Additional Exhibitor Listing | $95 |
| A separate company is sharing your booth space and needs its own badges | Booth Share | $395 |
| You just need badges under your own registered company name | No action needed, this is the default | N/A |
