Turnkey furnishings can be removed upon request, and additional or alternate furnishings can be ordered through Freeman.

Removing Furnishings:
If you’d like to omit specific turnkey furnishings, please contact tradeshowops@namm.org in advance so we can inform Freeman before installation.
Occasionally, furnishings may still be delivered on-site. If that happens:- Visit the Freeman Service Desk or
- See a floor manager to arrange pickup.

Ordering Additional Furnishings:
To order alternate or additional furnishings, place your order directly through Freeman Online.
Take advantage of the early bird discount by ordering before December 19, 2025 to ensure timely delivery.
