1. Gather Documentation for Completing Application

   
   Requirements vary slightly by membership type:
   
   For Retail and Retail Affiliate Members, please provide:

• List of three distributors/manufacturers (Retail) or three dealers/distributors (Retail Affiliate) you do business with
• Government-issued document showing your company name
  Examples: business license, sales tax permit, corporate documentation. Include DBA documentation if applicable.

• Two invoices showing wholesale purchases from manufacturers or distributors

  
  For Commercial and Commercial Affiliate Members, please provide:
   

• List of three dealers/distributors you do business with
• Government-issued document showing your company name
  Examples: business license, sales tax permit, corporate documentation. Include DBA documentation if applicable.

• Two invoices showing product sales to dealers/distributors

  • Magazine publishers: Provide invoices showing three advertisements with current NAMM members
     

  For Manufacturer Representatives, please provide:
   

• List of three manufacturers you do business with
• Government-issued document showing your company name
  Examples: business license, sales tax permit, corporate documentation. Include DBA documentation if applicable.
