These actions ensure the ERC is available to your entire team and your company information is accurate across platforms.
Under Update Your Exhibitor Information, click Company Information.
Account name is read only and will not display in your Digital Showroom page. Address and Exhibitor Name will display and you can update them or delete any fields you do not want displayed.
Please add your desired exhibitor name, social media, and company description to update in your Showroom.
Next, update your Product Categories, as this is how attendees will search for your brand.
From your Product Categories page, select Update Categories and mark all that apply to ensure buyer and attendee searchability
You will also want to add any Exhibitor Events that you have planned (your Basic brand package includes one Exhibitor Event upload).
