Exhibitors/Demonstrators/Endorsed Artists (red badges) may take instruments and products in and out if the name on their badge matches the product.
All other badge types including Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer badge holders are not allowed to carry in products or instruments. There are no exceptions.
If you are performing in a booth or on a stage inside the exhibit hall and are not in an Exhibitor, Demonstrator, or Endorsed Artist (red) badge you must obtain a Product Release Pass to enter and exit the building with an instrument. These passes are available at all security check point areas.
