NAMM is investing significant resources to produce a dynamic gathering that unites the industry. In response to the significant investment exhibiting members make at The NAMM Show, complimentary badges are not available for non-exhibiting Commercial, Commercial Affiliate, and Service Provider members.
These members can purchase a Non-Exhibiting Member (NEM) badge for $325 through the Badge Registration link in the left-hand menu of the NAMM Dashboard. Your NAMM membership must be active through the duration of The NAMM Show before you can purchase one.
NEM badges are for viewing The NAMM Show for future exhibiting opportunities only. Selling is not allowed.
Guidelines for non-exhibiting members
Adherence to these guidelines is required. Violations may result in being prohibited from the show for the remaining days, as well as future NAMM trade shows.
- Approaching attendees or exhibitors to display, show, or sell to a show buyer or exhibitor is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the Anaheim Convention Center, Marriott, Hilton, and any hotel on the NAMM campus.
- Product samples, catalogs, flyers, brochures, product drawings, photos, videos, computer presentations, and any other representation of items or services for sale are subject to confiscation by NAMM staff or security.
- Showrooms, hospitality suites, special presentations, and sponsorship of any activity are prohibited for non-exhibiting members anywhere in the city or surrounding area during The NAMM Show.
