1. Confirm Your Role
To register badges and send invitations according to your company’s allotment, your NAMM member user profile must be designated as Registration Admin.
- Check your role: Sign up or log into your NAMM Dashboard and verify your designation.
- If you are not the Registration Admin and do not have Admin-level access, ask an Admin from your company to designate you as the Registration Admin.
- If you do have Admin-level access, you must designate yourself as the Registration Admin before proceeding. For instructions on assigning a Registration Admin, check out our tutorial here.
Note: NAMM membership must be current. All registration purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Add Employees to Your Company's NAMM Dashboard (If You Haven't Already)
Select Manage Employees to add your company employees. This ensures your employees are properly connected to your company profile.
For more on adding employees to your NAMM Dashboard, check out our tutorial here.
3. Register Yourself
Select Badge Registration from the left-side menu, and complete all necessary steps for registering yourself.
4. Invite Employees to Register
From your Invitation Dashboard, select Invite.
For more on badge allotments, check out our Membership Tiers Overview.
Under Invite Summary, select Invite New Person and fill out the required fields. You can also invite multiple employees at once by using Import Personnel.
Each invited individual will receive an email with instructions to complete their registration.
A unique email address is required for each registrant.
Note: If you see a blue Register button next to your name, this mean you have not registered yet. Click the button to complete your registration, even if you are the Registration Admin.
Important Deadlines
Invite everyone under your free badge allotment by January 7, 2026, to avoid late badge fees.
